About the Shark Fun Day (Shark Camp).

 

Designed for incoming Mark Twain 6th grade students, Shark Fun Day (Shark Camp) will familiarize incoming 6th graders with middle school before the first day on instruction (August. 12, 2026). 

Mark Twain teachers and staff will help attendees orient themselves with schedules, daily routines, teacher overviews with curriculum, digital citizenship and social emotional learning.
 

• Students will enter the school from the Walgrove front entrance. Staff will be available to greet and direct students from here. 
 

• No transportation is available. 

• Parents and families  are invited to meet their students at 12:30 to buy PE clothes.
