IMPORTANT: OUR 8TH GRADERS NEED A COMMITTEE
Our 8th grade class is looking for parents to head our 8th Grade Events Committee. You will help plan, organize, fundraise and communicate for all the special events dedicated to our 8th graders in their final year at middle school. Most events take place in May 2027 (see calendar below)

• 8th Grade Day at Magic Mountain*
• 8th Grade Dance* (gymnasium)
• 6/4 (F) - 8th Grade Culmination** (9:00 am)
DONATIONS WILL BE NEEDED AND REQUESTED TO COVER THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES FOR THE CULMINATING CLASS OF 2026
• AWARDS CEREMONY** - certificates, printing, refreshments
• GRAD FEST* - lunch, supplies, activities
• DANCE* - decorations, party supplies, treats
• CULMINATION CEREMONY** rental chairs, decorations, programs, photographer (tentative)
* Parent volunteers will be needed
** We will recruit 7th grade parents to help with these events
